FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Avery and The Rushmore Bring Movies and Music to Riverside Park South

Extell Development Company Sponsors Movies Under the Stars and Acoustic Sundays

New York (June 2007) - Extell Development Company's Riverside South properties, Avery and The Rushmore, are the exclusive sponsors of Acoustic Sundays and Movies Under the Stars as part of the City of New York Parks & Recreation's annual Summer on the Hudson program in New York City's Riverside Park South.

Acoustic Sundays, featuring some of the city's best musicians, offer 7p.m. sunset concerts in the park from July 8 to Aug. 19. Movies Under the Stars will have showings of Hollywood movies following the theme, "The Great Outdoors" on historic Pier I through Aug. 22.

"We are pleased to be sponsoring these events again this year and hope that as the neighborhood continues to grow the park will become even more active," said Gary Barnett, president of Extell Development Company. "Riverside Park South is an ideal outdoor space and events like this are a great way to bring the neighborhood together."

Riverside Park South, designed by renowned landscape architect Thomas Balsley, spans from 62nd to 72nd streets on the former site of the New York Central Railroad's 60th Street Rail Yard. The park offers a balance of recreational opportunities and amenities that reflect the culture and diversity of the Upper West Side, including an amphitheater, athletic facilities, community gardens, sunning lawns, café terraces and public art.

Avery and The Rushmore, Extell's premier developments in Riverside South, will offer residents a balanced lifestyle with spectacular river and city views and unparalleled amenities such as state of the art fitness centers, game rooms, Abigail Michael's concierge service and 24-hour doormen.

Avery's 32 stories will offer 274 one-, two- and three-bedroom residences priced from approximately $850,000 to more than $3 million. The homes will be ready for occupancy in fall 2007 and will offer residents exclusive access to Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts.

The Rushmore, designed by preeminent architect Costas Kondylis, will boast a 16-story base that will give rise to two soaring towers standing 43 stories tall with 289 residences ranging from 717 to 3,585 square feet. The one-to-five-bedroom homes, priced from approximately $1 million to more than $7 million, will be ready for occupancy winter 2008.
