Prior Experience: JPMorgan Chase & Co., Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel (1991 - 2006), Schlam Stone & Dolan (1986 – 1990), Davis Polk & Wardwell (1977 – 1986)

Twenty-five years experience in all areas of law including commercial law, securities law, antitrust, real estate, commercial landlord tenant, trademark infringement, oil and gas cases and labor law, with particular emphasis on litigation, negotiation and mediation. Represented major financial institutions before New York trial and appellate courts including the U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit, and the New York State Court of Appeals, and other courts throughout the U.S. Most recently, coordinated a large financial institution's defense in the largest securities class action ever brought in the United States; represented major financial institutions before government agencies, represented JPMorgan before numerous U.S. Senate subcommittees; served as a mediator for the United States District Court in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York; member of the Judiciary Committee and Real Property Law Committee of the City Bar Association.
