Carol Richardson

Executive Vice President, Leasing

Facilitates Extell's commercial leasing efforts with respect to its new developments and existing assets.

Prior Experience: Having worked with Mr. Barnett, Principal and President of Extell Development since 1994, Carol managed and leased multi-family assets, commercial (office & retail) projects, facilitated residential/golf course developments, administered project renovations, and additionally acquisition/sales. Carol's experiences with Extell have required her participation in Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, Illinois, California and New York. Prior to Carol's tenure with Extell (1975 - 1994), she managed and leased commercial space, her primary focus being office and retail.
