Deborah Wilen-Cohen, R.A.

Senior Vice President - Development

Deborah manages all aspects of development for several residential mixed
use buildings and hotels in Manhattan.

Prior Experience: During the four years prior to joining Extell, Deborah served as Owner's Representative and Director of Marketing and Design for privately held Manhattan real estate investment and development companies. For the 12 years before then Deborah worked as an architect on projects of varying sizes and uses with nearly four of those years at Robert A.M. Stern Architects.

Accreditations: B.A. in Architecture from Barnard College, Columbia University. M.Arch from Harvard University Graduate School of Design. Registered Architect in states of NY and NJ.
