Henry Terech, Jr.

Senior Vice President, Construction

Mr. Terech has over twenty years experience in various roles managing and developing commercial and residential real estate projects. His experience includes developing commercial office building-base building and tenant improvements, data centers and commodity trading floors, as well as large multi use residential developments. Prior to joining Extell Development in 2002, he headed up a commercial real estate construction management division within Enron Corp. During his tenure at Extell Development, he has managed building operations and leasing in Houston, TX; the development of a 1.2M sf residential development in downtown Miami, FL; and oversees the construction operations in Boston for an 884,000sf development in Cambridge, MA. Additionally, he expanded his corporate role in 2004 to include the oversight of the firm's property and project insurance risk management responsibilities. Mr. Terech obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio University, and his Master of Arts degree from the University of Houston-CL.

Prior Experience: Henry was the Director for Enron Corporation. He was involved in the real estate construction services and various project developments including, commercial office building, commodity trading, and data center projects.
