Joseph Montano

Director of Construction

Oversees all aspects of the Riverside projects, former Trump property, from planning to the completion of construction.

Prior Experience: Worked for Hudson Waterfront for 7 years prior to the sale to Extell. Joe provided services for sub-contractors, general contractors, and construction managers, and developers for the past 33 years. He held positions as field superintendent, project engineer, project manager, and director of construction.

Accreditations(s): Degree in Civil Engineering from Newark College of Engineering.
