Manages and coordinates various aspects of the Riverside projects, from planning, design to the completion of construction with focus on infrastructure design/construction and liaising with New York City agencies and Amtrak.
Prior Experience: Worked for Hudson Waterfront for 10 years prior to the sale to Extell. He provided services for general contractors and developers for the past 29 years. He held positions as site engineer, construction engineer, project manager.
Accreditations(s): Higher Diploma in Structural Engineering from Hong Kong Polytechnic.
