Lela Goren

Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Development

Manages a portfolio of projects ranging from new residential construction to mixed-use and redevelopment RFP competitions. Acquisition-related responsibilities for Extell include generating new development opportunities, negotiating terms, and overseeing the development process.

Prior Experience: Prior to joining Extell, Lela was a Partner at Oz Holdings where she headed the Real Estate Development & Investment Practice. Lela served as a Senior Advisor to the United Nations World Intellectual Property Organization where she specialized in international negotiations and diplomacy.

Accreditations(s): JD and a Master of Intellectual Property Law from Franklin Pierce Law Center and a Master in International Law and Trade from Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
