Pamela Samuels

Senior Vice President

Pamela manages all aspects of development for several large-scale mixed-use buildings totaling three and a half million square feet.

Prior Experience: Pamela is a seasoned real estate developer with twelve years experience. For the past several years she served as a Managing Director and a Principal of The Clarett Group, a Manhattan based real estate development firm in partnership with Prudential Real Estate Investors where she focused on the firm's acquisitions, developments and financing. Previously, Pamela worked at Rockrose Development Corp. as an Associate Director of planning, development and acquisitions.

Accreditations(s): B.A. from University of Chicago; M.Arch. from Rice University; Post Professional, Real Estate Finance from New York University. Pamela sits on New York University's Real Estate Institute Advisory Board as well as the Van Alen Insitute's Board. She is a member of WX, REBNY, Natan and was named Top 50 Women in Real Estate by AREW.
