Raizy Haas

SVP Project Management & Development

Raizy is responsible for acquisitions, development, and asset management of projects. Specific responsibilities include negotiating land and air rights parcels, review purchase contracts and zoning agreements, prepares condominium documents, deals with Municipal and State economic development agencies and consultants to procure tax incentives for special projects, negotiates and obtains project approvals with governmental agencies.

Prior Experience: Asset management of commercial real estate.
