Roy Kim

Senior Vice President, Design

Oversees projects to ensure the highest level of design integrity. Projects are assessed for building massing, identity, exterior and interior design, apartment configurations, and amenity choices. Coordination between the largest details and interior finishes, materials and fixtures is provided.

Prior Experience: Roy Kim has seven years of experience as a design architect. He has worked on the Seattle Public Library, designed by OMA/LMN (Rem Koolhaus), exhibition design for Zaha Hadid, and custom residences for Battersby-Howat. While at Eight, Inc., Roy was Senior Designer and Project Manager for the new Nokia flagship stores (57th and Madison). Most recently, Roy was a Director of Predevelopment for Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, where he advised on the design of multiple luxury residential developments.

Accreditations(s): M.Arch and BSc. from the University of British Columbia, member of the IIDA (International Interior Designers' Association), past board member for Consolidated Works.
