Tamar Rothenberg

Vice President, Marketing

Oversees and implements the marketing initiatives for all New York new development projects, including The Orion, Altair 18/20, Ariel East & West, 995 Fifth Avenue, The Lucida, 212 East 47th Street, and the Riverside South projects, including The Rushmore and Avery.

Prior Experience: Prior to joining Extell, Tamar worked as marketing associate at a publicly traded national home builder, overseeing all marketing, market research and pricing analysis of for-sale and for-lease developments located primarily in New Jersey, Florida and Connecticut.

Accreditations(s): Magna Cum Laude, BA in Psychology from Barnard College, Columbia University.
